<p>This course discusses the key provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 impacting individuals. It includes a summary of the revenue raising provisions used to fund the proposed expenditures to achieve energy security and provide for an extension of the tax subsidies under the Affordable Care Act. It also includes an explanation of the various tax incentives promoting Energy Security in the US.</p>

<p>The presentation is divided into three parts:

<li>An overview of the revenue and Cost (Investment) provisions of the Act</li>

<li>A description of the revenue raising provisions of the Act</li>

<li>A description of the Costs (Investments) contained in the Act, including energy investments and credits for:</li>

           <li>Residential Clean Energy</li>

           <li>Energy Efficient Home Improvements</li>

           <li>High-efficiency Home Improvements</li>

           <li>High-efficiency Electric Home Rebates</li>

           <li>Tax Credits for Solar PV systems</li>

           <li>Clean Vehicle Credit for electric, fuel cell, and hydrogen vehicles</li>
